Hello bloggers am back with another interesting blog that tell about the Bay of Chesapeake of Maryland of United States.

From the starting point of view I have convey the basic premise of  the term shoreline is defined as a line of sea coast in which a huge body of water meets the surface area along the edge of an ocean, sea, or lake.

While, Chesapeake bay is considered as one of the largest estuaries in the  of America where the surface area of the Bay is more than 200 miles and it stretches from Maryland to Virginia. 

 To identify the three different types of shorelines within the Chesapeake Bay: 

 The shoreline evaluation of the Chesapeake Bay has been identified by the three forms that are the residential shorelines and commercial shorelines along the tidal shoreline depending upon Chesapeake Bay's development shoreline erosion: 

The shoreline will be summarised in the following detailed manner:

Residential Shoreline:  This shoreline of the residential development along the Chesapeake Bay had begun at the past period of the World War-II

Secondly along the shoreline there has to seen such type of cottage communities were established along with the upland beach areas of Chesapeake Bay.

 This shoreline is unnoticed until the homes and improvements become threatened that has been along the coast. 

Commercial Shoreline: In the long run of post colonization times the development of commercial shorelines took place in the urban or semi urban areas along the coastal line of the Chesapeake Bay.

Mostly the areas near its shorelines were utilised for the development of agriculture during the time of World War  

Thirdly, tidal Shoreline: This shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay for about nine thousand miles far away from the landmass of Maryland and Virginia states of the US and situated in between these two regions.

Most of all, the surface area has been effected by soil erosion along less than nearly ten thousand miles   along the mainstream of Chesapeake Bay.

This shoreline consists of six basic types of shorelines that have merged along the Chesapeake Bay.

These coastlines vary depending upon the high point of the altitude of uplands and banks of the Chesapeake Bay.

Wave Climate of the Shoreline along the Chesapeake Bay is a cool and clam that is measure of potential shoreline and reflect the shore  because the shoreline erodes minimally daily.

While on the other hand, the wave climate of the particular shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay system depends on certain factors other than wind: shore orientation, nearby the shore including the bathymetry and fetch.

Maryland and Virginia are the two wonderful regions that have the shore and the coastline along the Chesapeake Bay.

Potomac River can be considered the central part of the Chesapeake Bay flow along the sea cost.

From the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is clear to understand that the Chesapeake Bay is not only the largest estuaries of the United States but also the entire Bay has constitutes of different types of coastlines that represent geographical significance revolves around it.
