In this period of time, many people are falling in love not with other people but with the biriyani many are becoming its fan and I am being one of them. I like to explore different types of biriyani available out there and hence these are some of my best finding that I caught on the internet and few of them I tried it too and with no more further delay lets get started and explore these beautiful every charming delicious biriyani. Don’t get frustrated because I am over-exaggerating because being one of its fan its just a trailor

 1)AMBUR BIRIYANI:

this is one of the famous biriyanis of south India specifically Tamil Nadu. And my favourite of this list. The south Indian spices does their magic on the chicken or the meat you put in. That make you crave for once more. Overall the flavour of chicken is well mixed with the spices and making it the best.

2)DINDUKKAL THALAPAKATTI BIRIYANI:

The name is pretty interesting as the chefs who cook this wear a towel around their forehead in order to prevent any hairs from falling into their biriyani. And hence that is called thalapakatti and hence the name DINDUKKAL THALAPAKATTI BIRIYANI. The rice they use is seragasamba rice and their colour of the biriyani is different from all those and especially their mutton biriyani will be the most suggested i personally didn’t try it yet but the hypes and vibes for the biriyani is very high and many fake stores are out there so beware of it and try it out truly worth the hype and the noises it make out there in the people who try it.

3)HYDERABADI BIRIYANI:

This is more of masala and spices based biryani. In the making they leave the rice as a top layer covering the masala while making it and hence according to you needs you can mix the rice with the masala and you can have it if you want more spices then go for more Masala mix it well and have it and if you want  to enjoy the flavour of meat then you mix with less amount of masala given or available there. And nowadays this biriyani too Is creating a hype and hence this is gaining more popularity now and if you are a spicy hot person go give it a try

4)Calcutta Biriyani:

As you all know by the name it Is from Kolkata. This West Bengal is well know for the fishes and the dishes out of them and but if they try to make a biriyani what will be the outcome. And here it is named specifically and specially by their capital name CALCUTTA. It has this little hint of sweetness to it and exactly opposite to that of hyderabad biriyani making it conversely opposite to it. And if you like sweet rice go give it a try and. Check it out

5)LUCKNOWI BIRIYANI:

Also called AWADHI BIRIYANI. Here the meat is cooked with masalas separately upto half boil and then mixed with the rice and as the cooking style is different it is name separately and distinctly. It is added with the flavour of saffron and hence yellow to red coloured rice will be seen even though it is not that spicy.

So no matter what type of biriyani you try have it with curd onion and brinjal curry( cooked along with the essence of mutton bones) you will make up a best meal and companion for your lonely times and hence GOOD FOOD GOOD LIFE

BYE TO ALL THE FOODIES OUT THERE AND EVEN NOT BECOME ONE BECAUSE LIFE WILL BE BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND THE FOOD BECAUSE YOUR STOMACH LOVES IT
