Hey dear readers, first of all I thank you all to reading my very first blog I'm presenting to you, I hope you all know the exact meaning of ‘Look before you leap’ right? But my question is how many days or weeks or years you are taking to merely 'look', you have to leap right thats what I'm going to share with you all, watch carefully because in next few words I gonna imbue mantra of success which is hidden inside successful people who aced their respective fields, I'm specialized in engineering as I graduated as Mechatronics engineer, I don't have an idea of getting placed in company which offer less than 25k but I don't know what I have so and so called skills that corporate demanded because I'm passed out in covid19 batch, I have attended 10+ interviews but failed again and again, really I started feeling depressed at that time there is a company called practically,its an edu tech platform,they called me into their family and I agreed because they offer me 3.5LPa that is convenient for me that time, but I'm totally new to that job role and I failed my first month,manger called me into his cabin and utter these words,note this down,these are the mantras:

1. You put your efforts but where is the result man?
2. Don't make people followup on your commitmens
3. Don't rush into things,coz u uncertainity is everywhere so use ‘law of average’
4. Don't let someone motivate or demotivate you ,be your own motivation
5. Reschedule all your previous schedules,start earlier and be earliest 

After receiving his piece of mind,I started implementing one after another at last do you know what is the result?

I consecutively did three successful closures all of decent values, that day I filled with great joy in my heart and I thank him (manager),he smiled and til that what I did Ajay, you only make it happen,why you thank me,what I did is scolding you only…but every wise people talk lesser naah…gossips are good thats what i have planed to post next,do you know gossips has some boon when it comes to career growth,don't hurry I will tell you that later on my new post also I will explain those 4 mantras in upcoming blogs stay tuned till I post again and try implementing what you have until you see the fort of success, don't sit on zero rather do something and stop complaining or blaming yourself question yourself to know better version of you,start earlier you have miles to achieve right, kick out of the nap called disappointment and my dear friend you're not the one have to stagnant as grey water, you're the life source called river and you must run until you reach your destined path, don't let you laid off from path of destination, be ambitious and greedy in achieving it, have you crossed any miles kindly write me if you have any personal experience regarding these?
