Bruce lee was born in san Francisco November 27th at California 1940. Lee was involved in various street fights when he was studying. So his parents decided to send him for martials arts training. Lee learnt the Wing Chun Kung Fu from the Grandmaster Ip man, the man who thought Bruce lee to fight. Lee was trained privately by ip man, William-Cheung and Wong-Shun-leung due to ip man students refused to train with him, because he was born in America were Chinese martial arts teaching are against to non Asians. Bruce lee won Hong Kong schools boxing tournament in 1958, by defeating the previous year champion Gary Elms at the finals. At that time Bruce lee was also a good dancer in Cha-cha.

In 1959, Lee moved to the Seattle. At that year lee started to teach the kung fu, he named it as “Jun-Fan Gung-Fu” called as Bruce lee's Kung Fu. It was also a wing chun. There Taky Kimura become a 1st Bruce lee's student and he continued to teach Lee's art and philosophy after his death. Lee started his 1st martial arts school in the Seattle and named it as “Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu”. Lee left the college in 1964 and moved to Oakland. There he was introduced to the American martial artist Ed Parker. Parker invited lee for “long beach international Karate tournament”, there lee performed the greatest two-finger push-ups and one-inch-punch which became a world record. In 1966 Lee played a role of kato in the tv series called The Green Hornet. There lee was introduced as adult Bruce lee to American audience and the 1st popular show presenting Asian style martial arts in America.

He developed the system called “the style of no style” where he felt that traditional styles where too rigid and he eventually involved into the philosophy of martial arts and created his own style of martial art and came to call as Jeet Kune Do or in other words its known as “the way of intercepting fist”. Jeet Kune Do existence is the idea of lee's martial art to come outside of parameters and limitations. Jeet Kune Do consists of various style of martial arts such as Wing Chun, Boxing, Karate, Fencing, Judo, taekwondo and many more.
