Does A Change In Daily Routine Matters In Changing Lifestyle????

 Hey folks!!! Hope all are doing good….let us bump into some information as how much you will see a difference in your lifestyle by making small changes in your daily routine ……

I know very well that many of you would have felt indolent, slothful and demotivated at times… but don't panic …its absolutely normal…We are just humans not a machinery robot…we tend to fall and weep for the emotions around us,  so don't constrain about it much, Just let the  energy drive inside so you can get back to a normal mode.

Here, I mentioned above , about how normal it is to get into the inert phase. Now let  me tell you something  , if you are unable to  revert back to your systematic mode in a short span and finding yourself getting trapped into an inert phase , that is when you have to  pause for a minute, look around and  start focusing  on what you lack …!!!

So now you need to understand that, the solution for this is not fearsome as you all think …its just a cakewalk  when you start practicing this….also please note that making a change in lifestyle will not happen in a blink of an eye….Rather acknowledge it as a PROCESS…..

Lets try to execute some minute changes like ,

  1. Try to wake up for your alarm  in the first ring, than snoozing it .
  2. When you are awake you have to get up from bed or else you will become even more sleepy and end up dozing.
  3. Attempt doing a minor work out like walking, jogging for atleast half and hour.
  4. Drink atleast 2.5-3 litres of water,keeping yourself hydrated is very essential. 
  5. Choose what you eat wisely , since your overall health reflects based on what you consume in a day.
  6. Food must be a balanced diet , like a compilation of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Our body is customized to receive all of those nutrients, it's important you feed properly for a healthy functioning of your body.
  7. An average of 6-8 hours of sleep is must, because the whole day you keep working and your brain gets fatigue, so it's  important you give a good amount rest for your brain.

These are some of the simple  tips , so you can try following them to make it as your routine, that will proportionally change your lifestyle sooner than you imagined.
