Know The Disadvantages Of Using A Fan All Night While Sleeping?

Most of the people who sleep with the fan on all night are unable to sleep without the fan on.  Some people cannot sleep without hearing the sound of the fan. But do you know how dangerous it is to use the fan all night long?  An air cooler or air conditioner is needed to reduce the heat in the room.  A fan only creates a good breeze in the room.  Sweating increases during hot weather.  When the wind blows over the sweat, the moisture evaporates.  That's why we feel cold.

A few things to keep in mind while running the fan all night:Fan leaves are a safe place for dust and spider webs to cling.  So both sides of the fan leaf should be cleaned once a week.  The hook, nut, bolt and screw of the fans should also be regularly checked for security.  Those who sleep with a fan all night should make sure that there is good ventilation in the bedroom. If the wind blows on the naked body for a long time, the skin will be very dry.  If you sleep with a fan on, the moisture in your skin may evaporate and cause dehydration.  This is one reason why people who sleep this way look tired when they wake up.  Such people also have severe body pain when they wake up.  People with asthma and epilepsy should not lie down in such a way that strong wind blows on their face.  Care should be taken not to blow the baby's face with strong wind while lying down or not.It is always better to have the fan on a moderate speed.  Do not clutter the bedroom with clothes, papers, books, sacks and boxes.  Dust from it may cause allergy.  Some people turn on the fan at high speed to drive away the mosquito.  But don't think that fans can drive away mosquitoes.  Mosquito net should be used to prevent mosquito.
A ceiling fan circulates air throughout the room better than a pedestal fan.  People who are in the habit of sleeping with a fan all night should wear clothes that cover the whole body.

 Sleeping with a fan on may be bad for your health, but there are ways to reduce its negative effects for better sleep. Keeping the fan at a safe distance, replacing air filters, buying a rotating floor fan, and setting a timer can decrease dry air and reduce allergic reactions.
