Hello cutiezess out there,

Reminder: Get your vaccine on time

So have you ever thought of why I waste so much time on mundane things, scroll through social media, living with going with the flow attitude, just putting no afford knowing exactly what you want in life, so here I am to help you.

1.Little brain dump goes long way.

Take a piece of paper or book and write down all the things in your mind, don't think too much just whatever comes to your mind add it is also called a brain dump. Brain dump really gives you picture of what is going on in your mind and everything reflects into paper

2. Categorize the subjects

Now make an organized list for yourself such as cleaning the house what chores you route that are left same with if you are a student you must have listed out essay what subjects you have to study etc.Add actions steps to each item you have listed, the smallest of information will help in executing of action.

3.Now is the time to execute the list.

Allotment of time and deadlines to your task and use the Pomodoro technique to build the momentum for yourself. You can do it every day on your to-do list. Make to-do lists with action steps rather than writing buy groceries. give grocery a full category and write down exactly what you want to buy.

Books like Deep work, Getting things done are some of the finest books on this topic

4.Build a two-minute rule.

The two-minute rule really helps in making the habit stick, just do any task for two minutes that's it. If you want to do it for more time then go for it or if you still feel like not doing it just do it for two minutes. Anything is greater than zero remember that. This idea I read in the atomic habit book and has definitely given me results.

5.Plan the day-night before always.

Planning the day-night before really helps to focus your mind in important, and keeps us on track by just writing down everything to be done.

6.Take things day by day.

We all know life is an unexpected journey, so if you didn't complete it or were unable to catch up on any habit, don't bit yourself, we all go through days like that , sometimes it's best to do nothing as well. Resting is also a form of self-care we need to keep in the account. This advice also goes this way, best to do some work every day than being force to do it in one day where you just do it just for the sake of it not putting your best at your work would really affect your performance in long run.

7.Be patient.

We all know that saying ," Things take time, go slowly".Those big projects cannot get completed in one day be patient, take one step at a time. “No house gets build in one day .”

Hoping this was helpful.
