Lifestyle diseases are diseases that are caused as a result of wrong lifestyles.  To some extent the busyness of life and the resulting lack of time all lead to lifestyle diseases.  The body's immunity to maintain health and fight against diseases is lost through wrong lifestyle.  In this way, many diseases are caught.  Many of these are fatal diseases and mainly the diseases that arise like this are obesity, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, mental stress, impotence, infertility, PCOD etc.

As per the lifestyle of the older generation, they ate home cooked food and worked longer hours so the body would get enough exercise and lose excess energy from the body. Due to the lack of vehicles, they could walk longer distances and because there were fewer machines, they were able to do the work themselves and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  But today the influx of machines has eliminated labor and we are dependent on vehicles to get anywhere.  Overeating by tasting food.  Preservatives and fast food (junk food) etc. are eaten in abundance.  Eat more fried, fatty and red meat foods. Bakery sweets are regularly consumed. Salt, sugar and fat, which the body needs only in moderate amounts, reach the body in many ways.  As they are busy with busy work, they are forced to buy food instead of cooking it.  Excess energy accumulates in the body by overeating various foods according to taste and not exercising.  This is how obesity occurs.  Too much fat in the body's blood vessels does not allow oxygen to pass through the body in the right amount. When this happens, heart disease occurs and obesity leads to diseases like diabetes, cholesterol, etc. Sugary drinks, red meat and processed meat all cause diabetes. If you have diabetes, you will usually have lower levels of HDL (good) cholesterol and higher levels of LDL/non-HDL (bad) cholesterol.Fatal diseases like cancer are caused by eating food that is cooked with old or repeatedly boiled oil. Substance abuse, alcoholism, smoking, etc. cause impotence, infertility, depression, etc. Also busy life, work load and family problems all lead to mental stress.

Polycystic Ovary Disease is another disease related to lifestyle disease.  Due to study and busy work, body exercise is reduced and obesity is caused by eating more food. Such girls are more interested in rice and sweet substances. They eat a lot in a short time, and no matter how much they eat, they feel tired.  Because of the insulin problem, the food eaten accumulates as fat.  Due to this hormonal problem, the hypothalamus gland in the brain produces more male hormone.  Exercising regularly and changing your diet will bring a lot of benefits and result in natural ovulation.

To treat and cure such diseases, it is better to prevent them from coming, do regular exercise for half an hour and try to do yoga . Practice walking and climbing stairs as much as possible.  Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day and eat meals on time. Eat early in the night and try to eat steamed food ,Eat only curried sea fish . Eat more calorific foods like chapati rice in moderation Reduce sugar and salt intake. Avoid consumption of tea Try to sleep at least 6-8 hours a night Avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs completely Spend time with family and friends Engage in recreational activities Lead a healthy and happy life
