A Pschycology Of Self Motivation.

Necessity is the mother of invention, and necessity motivates us to do something. To fulfill our needs we need a feeling which forces us to work is motivation.It creates a passion for doing something and doubles our efficiency to do it whole heartedly and enthusiastically. Motivation ignites oneself and builds confidence. There is no way in life people make themselves, the way a human makes a path so is the destination. The world can't beat you until you lose yourself. 

How motivation works

Basically motivation is a cycle which keeps on going as per your needs. Let me explain you. 

Hunger, thirst,sleep, sexual desires all are primary needs but a person works for secondary needs like power, standard, status, image, recognition. 

Firstly needs arises,it drives us and discuss about this. Then comes arousal, how we start planning and then goal directed behaviour follows that means we start our prepration and make ourself self-determined. Then comes achievement phase that point where we get what all needed and what we were working for. And this keeps on going again new needs and then the practise starts of motivation. 

“You just ask for a life of peace in your life, because human needs never ends”.

How I motivate myself

Motivation is a word with dainty  meaning but its consequences are huge. 

In fact, I don't categories motivation as a term in my life. As per my mindset anything that keeps you energise anything that keeps you competent, anything that let you do out of the box things comes under motivation. Feelings of apthy, angst and aghast keeps you away from that factor. 

As I see myself I began with introspecting, which is a major factor because without this everything is waste. Tips which are followed while introspection is look for your qualities and for areas of improvement (not the weakness, I do not consider this term because itself it is negative i.e, opposite of what I have to achieve) so consider your areas of improvement avoid calling it as areas of weakness. 

Secondly, why do you need motivation? 

For me simply I dream big. People ask me why do you want to do or why do you want to achieve a particular aim my reason is simple. 

“I do it for myself and for the people I love”.

Explaining whole scenario with a simple example:

I do running on daily basis. So question would be how do you manage? What keeps me motivate? Why do you run? There can be two possible answers to these question, first is desire and second is fear. My dream is to run a marathon this is my desire. I have to clear my army physical that is my fear. Both can make any person run that is how I motivate myself. 

So I want to conclude all this with one line “Life doesn't change in a minute, but decision taken in a minute changes a life”.
