Addicted To These 9 Habits
Hey everyone! Hope you all are doing well. I wanted to talk about my habits that made me bear all that has come to me especially the last year. As I am a bit late but there is always hope so ill be talking about the new habits that i added this year as well which will make me unrecognizable by the time its May 2023.
- Waking up at 5 am : waking up early means you are already ahead of everyone. waking up early gives you more time to workout, plan your day, work on business or assignments, and it also helps you to be more productive. its a huge life hack and gives you more time to achieve your goals.
- Writing down your thoughts before bed: writing before will improve your quality of sleep. here is what you can write down- #your goals for tomorrow #what you are grateful for #any negative thoughts this will improve your mental health dramatically.
- Learning an online skill 30mins a day : with inflation rising and taxes rising, an online skill will save you financially. here are few skills i recommend - #coding #Youtube #Copywriting #Digital Marketing #Content Creation
- Spend 1 hour a day exercising : To have a good mental health you have to also have good physical health. exercises that have the best results are #Running #Swimming #Lifting weights These will strengthen and tone your body fast.
- Sit in silence 10 minutes a day : your mind is racing with hundreds of thoughts every minute. take a 10 minute break from it. In that time you can either practice mindfulness, give your mind and your body a break, sit in silence, be present in the moment. this is an underrated habit for your mental health.
- Create a proper sleep schedule : sleep is very essential for our performance, mental health, reducing stress and improving your mood. Do this for deep and quality sleep- #No screen 2 hours before bed #No eating 2 hours before bed #make your room cooler if it is not #use blackout curtains
- Take a thirty minute walk in the nature : nature has been proven to help mankind to get rid of anxiety, increase happiness, and improve your mood. Its one of the best hacks for improving your day.
- Read twenty pages everyday : reading will strengthen your mind and also increases your focus, it will also increase your knowledge, it will also increase your self-confidence. Just 20 pages a day will give you a huge return in life.
