A Glass Of Water : Not To Drink But To Think.

Good morning, good evening or Hi everyone. Whatever time of the day you might have found my blog for. Thankyou for stopping by and giving it a chance.

So I was away for a really long time now, I mean I had to login myself back to let them know that I existed once. 

There are so many things going on in my life. Especially the fact that you want to achieve something in your life so badly, you work towards it. And yet when you give your best, perform the best, you are not selected. 

For me it is unfair. For them it may not be. But they don't know my struggle, my life, what I have left behind to be where I am today. There was a lot of thinking that I did in the past days, and got stressed out. 

So one day when I read this story I felt good, I thought about it and it really works. So I thought I'll read it again and also let all of you know about it too.

Once upon a time a psychologist was teaching an audience how to manage their stress. The psychologist raised a glass of water and asked everyone, how heavy do you think this glass of water is?

Expecting another half-full or half-empty questions, the crowd gave various answers from 50 grams to 400 grams. 

But she said that the absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long does a cold that glass of water in her hand. A minute won't be a problem but if she holds the glass for an hour, it might seem to be a problem. And if she holds a glass of water for a day her hand might feel paralyzed.

But..The weight of water never changed. The longer she helped millions of water the heavier it felt. 

The stresses and one of a life are just like the glass of water. If we think about them for awhile, nothing happens. If we think about them for a long while, it starts to hurt. And if we think about them all day, we will feel paralyzed and helpless. 

Remember to put the glass down

By putting down the glass, we only let ourselves or our brain not think about it, but let it not be forgotten as well. Plan your life accordingly, in such a way that, the stress that you were so worried about would be tackled. 

Sometimes we just need to sit back and think about a lot of stuff, but rather than that, we can just sit back and may be chill for sometime. Continuous thinking and stressing about something might hamper your personality. Don't be despirate about anything, be happy with what you have.
