5 Different Ways To Save Money
For the purpose of education, or employment we all have been away from home for a long time and saving money is one such topic that either we have mastered ourselves into or are still at level one when we find something amusing to spend money on. In this blog i will share 13 different ways and not just different but some smart ways to save money.
- The fist thing we need to do is to automate our money. It is proven by research that when we have money in our hands or in our bank accounts we are preys, we will spend that money no matter what. So a better way not to do that is either by opening one more bank account where you can keep the investment money and your regular bank account where you keep the money you will use on a daily basis.
- There is a thing called the non-spending day. This applies to everyone. Basically what you have to do is in a month or for beginners, in a week or so choose one day that you wont spend a single penny on anything. It is just like fasting, you decide to have a fast, you don't eat anything or eat fast worthy eatables and then the next day you break your fast. Things that you will learn via this hack is that you will eventually become disciplined in money spending and fasting, when we don't have the permission to spend money as we are fasting we decide to plan our day in such a way that spending is not an option or we make use of what we already have.
- Before shopping either for grocery or clothes, make a list. Don't be the person who enters the mall and picks up everything their hear desires. I mean you can do that if you have money and no discipline. If you want to be a disciplined person and respect your hard earned money then make that list and stick to it while shopping. Either you are shopping offline or online. At some points it also gives you a sense of achievement.
- Its a cool way of living i think now a days as you get almost anything on rent. Be it clothing, utensils, electrical appliances literally, anything. So if you use anything on not so regular basis, then why not rent it? If you aren't a frequent user of these things then why to waste money on something like that. For example i like photography but i don't have any camera. But when i go out on vacations or those wildlife sanctuary i do make sure carrying one with me which i rented from a source or may be a friend. So in this way i click pictures for good memories, i get to use the gadget, i don't have to spend lakhs rather i give some thousands and have fun with my small trips that i might take only once or twice in a year.
- Lastly, as i have been grocery shopping for good years now i have got this hack from my experience. When it comes to buying consumable items such as biscuit packets or Maggi packets, make sure you buy the larger one rather than the small one. Because the per unit cost of small sizes is expensive than the larger one. A good example is one small pack or Maggi is 14rs now and if you buy the larger pack it is 55rs. The larger packet contains 4 packs of Maggi, if we would have taken it single small packs then it would have cost us 56rs which is 1rs more than the large packet provided to us. Saving 1rs is also like saving some thousands.
If you have made it this far, you are exceptional.
Thankyou🌼
