Celebrating her birthday by blogging about the iron lady of India and the chief minister of Tamil Nadu “Jayaram Jayalalithaa. ”
Jayalalithaa was born on 24th February in 1948. She did her schooling in Bishop Cotton girls school and did her college in Stella Maris College at the period of 1964 to 1965. Then get into film industry then politics and so on. we can see in upcoming lines about this.
Jayalalithaa was ruled Tamil Nadu as a Chief Minster of 14 years at the period of between 1991 to 2016.
At her age 16, she become any actress with her mothers help. She casting with the chief minister and the Tamil superstar M G Ramachandran. She acted lots and lots of film with him. She got film fare award of best actress in both Tamil and Telugu. Then she slightly moving into the politics with the help of MGR then she joins All India Anna Dravids Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK). Then she become Rajya Sabha MP in 1984.
In 1987, MGR was died, at the funeral Jaya was thrown out by MGR's wife. Then AIADMK was separated into two factions and the one was lead by Jayalalitha and the another one was lead by MGR's wife Janaki Ramachandran. In 1989 she fought against DMK MLA's and she become the first tenure as CM was between the period of 1991 to 1996. But unfortunately in 1996 she was detained in the madras central prison because of charges of receiving the kick bags worth of rupee eight crores.In raids they seized her her property. After so many struggles, She returns as CM within five months. Despite facing several suits, she was sworn in as the CM in may 2001 as the second time. Then in 2001 may she become as CM for the third time.
In 2016, her power came back to her then she become chief minister after MGR to win consecutive terms. Then due to her health condition she was admitted in Apollo hospital in Chennai. But unfortunately, she was dead in 5th December 2016.
Her birthday was celebrated as “State Women Children Protection Day” was announced by Palaniswami who was the ex CM of Tamil Nadu.
