When you aged, your skin wants you to feed it more!! Yes, the production of collagen from inside started decreasing in early 20s.

lack of collagen production in your bodies leads to show sign of ageing onto skin! This is why, people start using tons of anti-ageing products, in order to look young and healthy…Now question here arises, could you increase collagen from inside, do we have to buy supplement for boosting up the collagen, is there going to be side-effect of taking-in of supplement

Studies, showed no side effects of intake of collagen supplement! yes, you heard me ,right…but that does not mean that you should not take care of skin from outside.

Here is my tips for our 20s and above angels!! :-

1.Take the collagen-boost up supplement from nearby chemist or search on amazon

2. Must-have products for both men and women are cleansing + moisturizing + sunscreen (skip sunscreen at night)

3.Never skip moisturizer on eyelid and neck area(these are the parts where ageing shows at early stage.

4.Hydration….intake of collagen supplement needs water and you are the one whose going to give a hand to your supplement(LOL). So ,after an hour of every meal, try to keep drinking water::

5. Meditation-Relax your mind, eyes close and try to focus on one thing i.e. your goal, think of enhancing your confident level, cheers yourself up…you know! give yourself a healthy time, this would too going to help your body to gain more enhancement/improvement.

6.Further more, do  invest your time by visiting your dermatologist, maybe she/he will recommend you the best care even more better.

7.Facial exercise should be in your daily routine, at least 3min before brushing your teeth, massage your face with any non-comedogenic oil(virgin coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil).

BONUS TIP                                                                                                                           (Before sleeping, try to stretch your body, why stretching!!.

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. so improvement in body leads to give your body to function even more  better and help boost up collagen production)
