Contemplate But Stop Being Paranoid

Hey all, 

This blog will be based on a very common yet unusual, not so talked about topic that is overthinking. Yes, I know most of my readers here already know what it means and how much it affects our daily routine, yet here I am talking about it because it needs to be talked about and discussed because the basic root cause of it happening to most of us today is the basic reason that we don’t usually talk our hearts out or we hold on to things too much than required. And yes, from there only we sow the seeds of this phenomenon popularly named as ‘Overthinking’. Though I’m not saying that it is a bad thing or a good thing, yes it does affect us, our mental health, our subconscious and even somewhere our consciousness too. And you know what, we let it do so. Like I have already said in one of my previous blogs that it all depends on us and purely and totally on us only. We only provide the access to such things and then they rule over us and our lives.  Have you ever thought of just letting go or even just moving on? Most of you will say yes but even then trying is not sufficient. It is pivotal to face it in the eyes and tell it on its face that no matter what you are not going to give in or let it gain the access to your mind ever. 

I understand that there are times when we feel helpless and we easily give up because during those times we become extremely vulnerable and we don’t think but these times call for more patience, calmness and maturity. Because these things can only help us during such times and only these traits can truly help us to think straight and take a wise decision. 

So, never feel alone because you are more than enough in yourself and you don’t need someone else to accompany you or help you. Feel confident and complete. And most importantly stop overthinking. Thinking everything is okay. Taking time to make decisions is okay. But unnecessarily thinking about every small thing is not wise because then you might develop this habit of analysing everything, again and again more than it is required. Considering things is necessary but uselessly developing this habit of overthinking everything can harm you.
