It is not important that you have stress, actually, it nudges you to complete a task, it is important how you manage your stress. Stress is something that we all experience. Kids at school, teenagers at college, adults at offices and seniors at home and we often want to know how to manage stress, well I have a rather simple 2- step stress management for you.
First, I want you to list down 5 things that you can do to reduce your strain when you are stressed, it can be anything from dancing, singing, drawing to staring outside the window imagining people fly and birds talk. I would advise you to not be on screen as it becomes difficult to switch back into your work mode from screen mode. This way you can divert your attention from a stressful job to a mild activity and then switch back to work.
Second, usually, people take stress about improving on something that they love to do and want to achieve perfection in, I would like to say that there can be no person who achieves 100% it's always 99. Nobody can be a perfectionist. And that looking at the improvement as a whole is much more stressful than looking at it as minor segments. According to James Clear the author of the book atomic habits. (click on atomic habits to get a link to a pdf of the book) Improving 1% every day is much more effective than improving at the last minute. Chose areas to improve on that are more likely blindsided, like check out the right posture to sit in while studying. Or check if you are using a good pen and a comfortable seat. I wouldn't recommend sitting on a bed as it would become too comfortable while having a good chair and a table might improve your focus power and ability to get questions right.
So, to conclude these are two ways to reduce your stress and work efficiently.!
