Plato said ,"the unexamined life is not worth living". It's that simple. Yet many of us still believe that we don't have the energy or the time to devote to any kind of self reflection. We're just too dam busy with our frantic and frenetic lives. The daily chores is making the person to work around the clock.

But the truth may be that we are too overwhelmed by what others want from us - what they need from us  - to pause long enough for any deep examination of self.

I do not know this for a fact , but I suspect that many of us live in a kinds of trance - not unlike a mesmerized person who is “locked in” to some object or group. The problem with this is that our grasp on “reality” becomes so shallow that we never learn to contemplate ourselves deeply enough to really know what we want and need , and what we value most.

In these moments, so busy with the other people around us - our employers, our spouses , our kids or even just their agendas - we forget about knowing the person that wants to be alive inside us. We forget about the two half's we rare made up of : body soul. We forget about the need to be at peace with our bodies ,free from pain and illness, and reconciled with our souls.

But like it or not, we want to live. This is what I mean by “the unexamined life.” These are the moments when so many of us are just too busy and too caught up in the busy life that we do not have time to reflect upon what it is that really make us happy.

Just what does happiness look like? For me it has always been particular form of contentment ,rooted in knowledge of one's personal value and worth to others.

Stop living the artificial lives, stop being materialistic and love the people around you and live a happy and prosperous life. spread happiness and positivity. "Happiness matters".

Life is not every difficult if we choose the right people around with positivity. Always try to learn from the difficult situations and make the path of life easy for even better experiences. One should want the peace and happiness of soul other than just being over protective about small things in this robotic lives
