Healthy And Successful Life

In today's time everyone is very much cautious towards his health and tries to remain fit and healthy for lifetime. So, everybody should follow these twelve rules to have a healthy and successful life.

  1. Night nap is very important for a healthy brain and healthy body. So,   must have eight hours of sleep every day.
  2. Healthy brain is required to have a successful life, which is achieved through meditations. So, meditate at least for 10 minutes daily.
  3. Water is required for health, it keeps the body away from tiredness. So, drink at least 3 litres of water daily.
  4. Exercise is required for a healthy body, it keeps the human fit and healthy. So, must do exercise for 30 minutes every day.
  5. Spend some time everyday with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 5. so, it will help you in your behaviour.
  6. Read 3 pages of a book and extend half a page every day until you reach the last page of the book, it will help you for a better life.  
  7. Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. It will help you in maintaining both healthy body and mind.
  8. Always be happy. It will help you in development of your brain.
  9. For a healthy life it is very necessary to have a healthy diet. It must consist of vegetables, and if non-vegetarian may include grilled or roasted meat, fish, boiled eggs and avoid spicy and junk foods.
  10. Try to consume less amount of carbohydrates as you can and try to include protein, calcium and zinc in your diet. It will help you to workout for a long time.  
  11. waking early in the morning is a good habit. One should try to get up in the Brahma muhurth (before sunrise) and go to bed early possibly before 10 pm.
  12. If some one takes bath before sunrise, he  will be able to keep himself away from cough and cold related diseases and breathing related problems.   

NOTE:- Be consistent in your routine.

In the prevalent situation,  cleanliness is the need of time which can protect one from germs and viruses. One should try to keep himself, his houses Clean regularly and also his surrounding too. As far as possible try to wash your hand, legs and face while coming from outside. Also keep your clothes in the bin without meshing with other clothes. Same may be followed in the Offices as far as practicable.

Wish you Good health. Now a days everybody has realized the so called proverb Health is wealth. Be healthy and wealthy which will lead to a successful life.
