It's not to tough to get popular in your circle but sometime you have to adopt etiquettes, manners, self-behaviour.

Everyone wants to be popular among their business, professional field, friends and people of the area, people want to meet us and have positive views about us. If you also want to do this, then try these measures given by the renowned experts of the world.

Spend time with those peoples you want to be friends with:

Psychologists say people like to those people they know more. This is due to the 'mayor exposure effect'. Canadian psychologist Dr. Patrick Keelan says that we must constantly engage in any social, religious, professional or personal activities with the people of our circle. The more time you spend with people, the more you will get popular in between them.

Making good comments about Peoples:

When you backstabber others or make a bad comment etc. for them, then people get wrong opinion in there mind about you. They think of you as jealous, chewed up, and a poor thinking person. It sits in the subconscious mind of people that you must be speaking the same way for them too. Pro. Richard Wiseman wrote in his book "59 Seconds - Think a Little, Change Allot", "If you say good things about your friends and colleagues, you are seen as a good person."

Keep smiling:

A recent study at Stanford University proves that if you meet someone for the first time smiling, there is a lot of possibility that he will remember you for a long time. According to a study by the University of Duisburg Esson, when you talk to someone with a smile face, the front person feels positive. If you want the world to like you, then start smiling and meeting people.

Stay energetic:

If you want to impress the people around you, it is very important to always be energetic. Researchers at New York University have referred to the 'Chameleon Effect'. This happens when people copy each other's behavior. This copy indicates the choice. It is also known from this study that thinking of choice depends to a large extent on the speed and energy of the participant. If their body movement reflects with confidence in themselves, then you are able to represent yourself in a better way.

Stay cool, happy and vivacious:

Elaine Hatfield, professor of psychology at the University of Hawaii, says, 'The mood is contagious. If you look sad, desperate and sad then the people around you also become serious and depressed. The truth is that no one likes someone who cries about their problems all the time. People like a man of vivacity, vivacity and jovial instincts that can make them laugh and make their heart go, so if you have to be popular, throw away the layers of sadness and add an aura of cheerfulness. Meet people of similar hobby. People with similar interests and hobbies are one Likes the other very much. If you ever meet with any person find similarity not different.

Do the behavior you want in return:

Psychologists from the University of Water Loo and the University of Manitoba, Canada have found that you get the same behavior as you treat others. So if you expect good behavior and respect, then you also treat people well. According to the study published in the journal 'Social Influence', people who shake hands as soon as they meet or put their hands on their shoulders, they become the favorite of the people. A study by the University of Mississippi has also proved that if you place your hands on the front shoulders or back of a person during a conversation, then there is  confidence in you.
