Veggies That Help Skin Stay Hydrated Part - 1

Hello beautiful people,

Changing seasons brought rapid growth in various skin allergies. Now a days sudden changes in climate is effecting everyone's skin irrespective of healthy and sensitive. Almost each and everyone is suffering from skin allergies, and skin dryness is the least of it. So here in this blog we are going to see about some veggies that is too good for improving skin health and help to keep skin allergies at bay.

Carrot :

As we all know Carrot is a rich source of vitamin c, which skin needs the most. This veggie has the ability to cure, and protect your skin from various allergies. For best results take 1 big carrot or two small carrots. Chop off the carrots in to little pieces until its ready to blend in a mix jar to extract its juice. This juice should not thicker, it should be watery. Because the more you add water to it, the more it helps your skin stay hydrated. For best results take this juice in an empty stomach early in the morning right after you brush your teeth. You can even avoid adding those chemical filled sugar out side in the market. And you can try adding brown sugar or jeggry powder to alternative of it. As for the waste that will be left after straining the juice, you can even use it as a face or body scrub while bathing. You can dry it keeping it on sunlight and store in an air tight container for future use.

Yellow Pumpkin :

I know it may sound little weird because many of us may hate pumpkin as me. But believe me it has an ability to cure your stomach related issues and cleanse your skin deeply even if you are suffering from long term allergies in your skin due to dryness. To make wonders on your skin using this veggie, you can make raw pumpkin juice with liquid consistency, and have it any time of the day as your convenient. For best results drink on empty stomach or half an hour before going to bed. Make sure to give a gap of half an hour after having your dinner.

Cucumber :

No doubt cucumber is one of the most hydrating veggie for the skin inside out. You can make a cucumber face pack or body pack using cucumber, and aloe vara. Apply this pack all over your face or body leave it for 10-15mins before bathing or washing it off thoroughly. It deeply hydrates your skin, leaving it soft and supple the hole day. You can even add Multhani Matti to the face pack for brightening and glowing complexion. But don't forget to follow up with moisturizer after the multhani Matti pack.
