In today's blog I would like to tell how dreams and wishes are broken and shattered because of the care and concern of our dear ones….Hope you like it! Off we go!!!!!

A tiny little dream sprouts, grows once in a while 

Slowly spreading happiness and a wide smile 

You give your best as you dreamt it happening 

But when you are stopped when it is almost finishing! 

As they fear you might struggle on the path although near 

It suddenly scares and fills you with a new strong fear 

That you lose the little belief that you had in your decisions 

You feel lost as you approach all intersections 

You become doubtful of all actions that you take 

Your only wish would be to give you a break 

You refuse to decide even when you are sure! 

It's like your trauma can never really have a cure! 

Like a butterfly that can't fly out of its cocoon! 

You tend to hate all whom you believed were a boon!

Your tears roll off your face everyday with no break! 

Cause now there is in you a never healing crack! 

Even though another dream may take a chance

You neither smile nor do a happy joyful dance 

As your mind is already predicting the chances of failure 

Making your heart stronger for the insults you have to endure! 

At times you do wanna be rebellious aginst them 

But you stupidly know how at heart they are a gem! 

It's just you that gets shattered like a brittle glass 

You get stamped often just like the lawn grass!

You are trimmed and kept beautiful to look green 

Although your roots have started to rot and you look lean!

You are expected to be the best role model thats alive!

You are a trophy they scream when they go live!

But only the trophy knows it is empty within 

And would be needed only when they win!

So cry all you want till tears won't dare to come 

Live your life as the feeling for others become numb!
