Hello friends today i give you some simple home remedies for glowing and acne free skin but please if you are here for fair skin then this information is not for you but if you are here to make your skin healthy and glowing  So this information is definitely for you guys, I also do not have fair skin, but does it reduce my value.  No guys everyone is unique.  I like my skin color because my skin color is given by god and god doesn't think anything bad about me.  Please don't go for white skin go for healthy skin

1. Lemon Fruit

              Oranges and grapes are not only delicious but they are also excellent sources of vitamin C.  Studies have shown that a diet rich in vitamin C can help keep the skin warm.

              2. Avocado

              A healthy diet can provide you with healthy lighting both inside and out.  Nutrient-rich avocados are the perfect addition to a balanced diet because they provide your body with extra vitamins, thiamin, riboflavin and fat-free acids, all of which help promote healthy skin.

              3. Training

              Exercise is a safe natural remedy to keep your dull and tired skin glowing and healthy.  It helps to open up the small blood vessels on the surface of the skin, bringing a healthy glow.

              4. Drink Water

              If you exercise regularly, it is important to replenish the water lost through sweating.  Drinking the recommended amount of water (about 8 glasses or 2 liters) per day will keep your skin moist and dry, firm and natural, and looking healthy.

              5. Decrease Caffeine

              Caffeine increases the amount of water in the body, which means that eating too much will cause the skin to use it and reduce its ability to remove toxins from the body.  Try to reduce your daily caffeine intake to maintain your health.

              6. Sleep

              Replace an extra cup of coffee with an extra hour of extra sleep!  Sleeping early gives you more time to recover and your body will recover, so your skin will feel refreshed and refreshed after waking up.

              7. Change Pendants

              If you keep awake, it will not only affect your body the next day, but it will affect your skin as well.  Alcohol eats away at the body and constricts blood vessels, resulting in dull skin.  Drink plenty of water and go back to the meeting place and remember, "Eat before you drink."
