Your confidence will soar if you keep yourself healthy! Even seemingly unimportant behaviours like showering, brushing your teeth, and maintaining well-kept nails can have a big impact on how you feel about yourself.
You'll be surprised at how much better you feel about yourself after you combine good hygiene with being appropriately attired! You'll experience an increase in confidence and lose your fear of approaching strangers and initiating conversations.
5 - Practice Talking:
Despite being challenging, practising positive self-talk and being better at it will help you gain more self-confidence. You'll be amazed at the difference even a little self-love can make.
This one in particular is important. Your shyness and awkwardness won't go away if you don't start engaging with others!
Increase your conversational skills by practising with family, close friends, and even complete strangers. Engage people in conversation wherever you go.
