Kiranraj K wrote the screenplay and directed the June 2022 global release of the Kannada film 777 Charlie. The movie earned a tonne of praise from critics for the cast performances, the screenplay, the emotional impact, and the direction; it also beautifully depicts the relationship between Dharma and Charlie, his Labra puppy. Human-animal interaction has been depicted by Kiranraj K. Fans of the film have claimed that it is so exquisitely made that seeing it makes them cry while simultaneously making them smile. This film has already surpassed INR 1 billion in box office receipts despite having a small theatrical release and primarily as a result of word-of-mouth advertising.

3. Anbe Sivam (2003)
A Tamil drama film titled Anbe Sivam is based on the lives of two people named Nalla Sivam and Ambarasu, one of them is young and conceited while the other has been physically but not spiritually crushed by life. When Nalla Sivam and Anbarasu cross paths in various ways, their lives are forever altered as they embark on the journey of a lifetime from Bhubaneswar to Chennai. The film, which debuted in 2003 to poor reviews, has gradually gained popularity and is currently among the top 10 movies in Indian cinema.

4. Gol Mal (1979)
One of the most recognisable and popular Hindi blockbuster comedies was Gol Mal, which was released in 1979. It was directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee and featured Amol Palekar, Utpal Dutt, and Bindiya Goswami as the main actors. It was written by Rahi Masoom Raza and Sachin Bhowmick. Gol Mal, along with Chhoti Si Baat, ended up being one of Palekar's most successful films. The fights between Ramprasad (Amol Palekar) and Bhavani Shankar are the main focus (Utpal Dutt ). Ramprasad works for Bhavani, who forbids his staff from engaging in any pastimes. When Ramprasad is caught by Bhavani at a hockey game lying about having a twin, the situation takes a humorous turn.

5. Nayagan (1987)
The Telugu action film Nayagan was helmed by Kodi Ramakrishna. Dr. Rajasekhar and Namitha are actors in Nayakan. A simple man named Velu Naicker (Sakthivelu) battles a dishonest police force that puts him in legal trouble in this film. Later, he develops into a don, who is adored and revered by numerous destitute and helpless people, but his expanding influence and authority charge a hefty price. The movie was such a hit that it was eventually recreated in Hindi with Vinod Khanna playing the lead and in Tamil with Kamala Hasan. All three of the versions were expected to be huge movie office successes.
