Obesity is one of the biggest diseases caused by 
unhealthy lifestyle today. This disease has become an 
epidemic all over the world. Many people in India are 
victims of obesity. Due to obesity, many types of 
problems start happening in the body. When problems 
start increasing, people start looking for ways to reduce 
obesity. Many times people are not able to reduce their 
weight due to lack of proper information.


To get rid of obesity, your diet should be like this:-


1. eat these fruits:


Orange 


Orange can also help you in weight loss. Compared to other citrus fruits, the amount of calories in 
orange is very less. It is high in vitamin C, fiber, which helps in reducing weight. Instead of drinking juice, 
eat orange directly.


Watermelon


If you want to lose weight, then eat plenty of watermelon in summer. Fruits like melon, watermelon are 
high in water, very low in calories, they help in reducing weight.


Apple


The amount of calories in apple is also very less and fiber is very high. It has also been found in many 
studies that apple is beneficial in reducing weight.


Papaya


Fiber-rich papaya is extremely beneficial in weight loss. It is considered the most beneficial fruit for the 
stomach. It has less calories. Eating papaya every day boosts metabolism.


2.consumption of seasonal fruits and vegetables:

 


 

The place and the season in which the fruits and 
vegetables are grown should be eaten according to their 
nature, such as foods with hot effect in cold places and 
cold weather and food with cold effect in hot places and 
weather should be eaten.


3.Low fat milk leads to weight loss:-


Use low fat milk as it is low in calories due to low fat 
while high in calcium and this extra calcium reduces 
weight.


4.Light diet leads to weight loss:-


Morning meal should be heavy, lunch should be lighter 
than that and dinner should be the lightest, that is, 
minimum meal and light and quick digestible food should 
be taken at night.
Food should be taken at least 2 hours before sleeping at 
night. Similarly, if possible, food should be taken before 
sunset, because after sunset, the digestive fire slows 
down and there is difficulty in digesting food. Should not 
sleep during the day. These are effective ways to remove 
obesity.

5.eat only when you have a good appetite:-


The next meal should be taken only when the food is 
digested and hunger is felt fast. Food should be taken on 
time and one should eat little less than the hunger. Food 
should be chewed thoroughly. This is a very good way to 
lose weight.

The conclusion of everything mentioned above is that you do not need to give up your regular eating habits or make massive changes to your diet. If you want to be fit and healthy, then only by following the best balanced Indian diet plan, you can achieve your goal.
