What do you all think what is the most powerful asset of a human being ?
Many of us will say most powerful and most useful asset of a human being is BRAIN FULL OF KNOWLEDGE ! No you are wrong . Because the most important asset of human beings are :-
1.Heart Full of love
2. Ears open to listen
3. Hands willing to help.
Let me explain you all with one Story :- There were two student in the class, student - 1 is brilliant at studies and the student - 2 one is average at studies. But the student- 1, is kind of person that does not help his classmates at studies or with homework rather he invests his time in learning more and more new concepts, he never listens to his parents when they are educating him about his wrong behaviour, even his siblings are fed up by him because every time they play he use to scold them and say them to study all the time.
Whereas the student- 2 is kind of always helping other students when they are in doubt and tried to get answers next day incase he doesn't know. He respects teacher and obey everything whatever they say , his parents are happy with him and he does play with his friends and siblings at evening which strengths their relationship with them .
At their graduation student-1 passed with A1 honours degree and student-2 was still the average one. So after graduating they both went to the same company for interview. Actually that company was owned by their college director ‘ s son , which was one of their senior. So after the interview was over , they called all the applicants in , announced the selected candidates , but here the student- 2 was selected not the student- 1 . The student-1 got so angry and started abusing the company then the director ’s son came in and said this is one of the reason you are not selected and others are. You are too good at studies but what is the use of it. In school you did not respected your teachers , so here you won't respect me or any senior employer either so why should I select you in first place. You have never made any good friends at school, which directly shows you don't have skills to develop relationships with others , so you don't know what is teamwork, why Should I hire you?
You never helped your classmates at difficult chapters which indirectly means you don't know how to help anyone, you are basically self - centered person.
