Greetings and welcome to Rajshri Foods Inc. My name is Anuradha toch Navarre, and today I'm going to show you what the hot season has in store for us: a delicious mango pudding that is simple to make and can be prepared in a short amount of time with only a few ingredients that you probably already have at home. Let me walk you through the ingredients. one can of sweetened condensed milk 200ml of the same ten-serving quantity of Greek yoghurt milk in the same quantity as before 2 mangoes, peeled and cut We have a ring mould that has been greased, we have a steaming vessel that has water in it, and we will be steaming it in this, and if you have a dough cloud idli maker, you can steam your pudding in that as well, so let's get started. I'm going to take my tin of condensed milk and pour it into a bowl, making sure to get every last drop of it, and I'm going to pour the milk into this combine it with the yoghurt made from condensed milk in the same proportions If you're using commercial yoghurt, you'll need about 250 grammes. After that, whisk it well to amalgamate and get well mixed. It doesn't have to be beaten hot, just let the yoghurt break up and milk not be well immersed with each other, and that'll give us a smooth mixture, which is what we're looking for. Once all of the yoghurt particles have been removed, I'll pour the mixture into our ring mould so that a steaming vessel can be prepared I'll place our ring mould into the vessel and gently cover it with our lips to allow it to steam until our pudding is boiling and I'll turn off the heat you'll insert a knife into the pudding and if it comes out clean it's done gently remove it from the water. Now we have to let it cool completely, so while the pudding is chilling, we'll prepare the sauce loaded with mangoes. I've got two sliced mangoes here, and we're going to add approximately half of everything and churn it up into a face. As of right now, we're making it with mangoes, but if it's strawberry season, you can make it with strawberries and a strawberry sauce, and if it's fresh frig season, you can make it with fresh figs and a fixed sauce in red wine if you like, or you can make it with an orange sauce and fresh oranges, so don't let the mangoes deter you from making it all year long. So now that our pudding is cold, what I'm Take some of our sauce home with you. It's ready to be served an esteemed mango pudding is ready to be served don't forget to keep it very very chilled and you can make this the day before you can make it in the morning only remember to remove the excess water and to keep it cool I hope you enjoyed that and I hope to see you soon signing off now but before that don't forget to subscribe to Roxy food and you write to us about any queries or any wishes that you may have than I hope to see you soon
