The new action block buster of Amazon Prime is here, The Family Man Season 2. Director Krishna D K has presented this perfectly cooked series with right amount of emotions, action and patriotism.
The story revolves around Srikant Tiwari, who is an ex-TASC officer. This series is comprised of 9 episodes which means 9 hours of action, thrill, suspense, comedy and family drama.
Srikant has left TASC in order to mend the broken family bonds. But in-spite of his tremendous efforts nothing seems to work. He gets frustrated with the life of an ordinary man as he has been an extra-ordinary field agent in the secret service. So, he gets back to his action filled life and joins back TASC. Although the scenes of Srikant work in an IT company seems to be a dessert as we knew that he will definitely burst anytime.
He is involved in the case where some Sri Lankan Tamil rebels are planning and attack on Indian Prime Minister. So, you will be listening to a lot of tamil in the series. But english subtitles are available for tamil language for those who don't know tamil.
Famous South Indian actress, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is also making her debut in online TV series with this one. I had always watched Samantha in bubbly or sweet characters but this time she has left a thrilling impression on the audience with her powerful expressions and dialogues.
Talking more about the character of Samantha, i.e. Raji, is that she was an Sri Lankan Tamil rebel, one of the best soldier of that army. There are some really brutal killing scenes in the series that i might leave you in shock. Although after knowing the story of the rebels the inside somehow wishes their good as well. And i realized that Good and Bad are the sides of the same coin, one side may seem good to me but bad to someone else.
Meanwhile all this drama cooking up, Srikant is also dealing with communication differences with his wife, teenage tantrums of daughter and the ever annoying hobbies of sweet Atharva.
This series is a full on blast with the IMDb rating of 8.7 stars. It is a compulsory recommendation from my side. Those who haven't watched the season 1, they should also complete their course soon. So, do watch it and leave your opinion in the comments
