Weird Facts And Orders Issued By North Korean Government :

We all know that North Korea is situated in East Asia. Though it is considered as the most “isolated nation ”because of its policies and rules but this country and it's leader never fails to make headlines in news. It is the northern part of the Korean peninsula. Pyongyang is the largest city and also it's capital. 

So here are some bizarre facts and orders issued by its government for its citizens. 

1.There are only three TV channels, and these channels are controlled by the government. 

2.Male can only adhere to twenty eight hairstyles and for female there are only eighteen options available and all these options are approved by government of North Korea. 

3.As the country enters a mourning period from this  December 17,marking the tenth anniversary of former leader Kim Jong -il's death, kim Jong-un imposed a ban on laughing, drinking and grocery shopping for 11 days. 

4.Citizens are not allowed to keep car as their personal belongings, only army are allowed to do so; this is the reason that there are only  about 100 cars in the entire country. 

5.Earlier this year, Kim Jong-un put a ban on wearing skinny jeans, previously it had already imposed a ban on wearing blue jeans.

6.Body piercings are also banned in North Korea in order to curb western influences on youths. 

7.There are no traffic lights in Korea, the traffic is controlled by women traffic police. 

8.To solve unusual shortage of food in the country Kim Jong -un had ordered it's citizen to eat decorative Black Swan. 

9.Every tourist i's required to bow when visiting the Kim (2) Sung statue and if tourist takes a photo of the leader his face must be in full frame and in order to ensure that they check your camera. 

10.As a tourist you cannot take photos of any govermental buildings,police or under construction site. 

11.As a tourist you are not allowed to visit random shops or talking to strangers, they will provide you a tourist guide.

12.North Korea is an atheist country, all religions are banned there and if it's citizens are found reading any holy books they are put behind the bars. 

13.As a tourist you cannot disrespect their past or present leader and doing so will be considered as a criminal offence and will lead one to prison or even worse can happen, their leaders are supreme and are viewed as gods .
