What does this sentence mean? Is this really true? 

The cover photo itself explains it all, as you can see the man sitting there tries to push a block, all blocks hit each other and in the end, the last block will fall on the man itself. The picture is pretty accurate with the context of my blog with some additional points. Make sure to read to the end :). 

This act seen above is described by everyone in one word i.e. KARMA.

We mostly hear this word in sad or depressing or negative situations but it also considers positive situations. The word “Karma” is a Sanskrit word that means “doing an act”. According to Hinduism and Buddhism, this word is used under the context as "the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences". It may be good or bad luck, viewed as resulting from one's actions.

I don't know about the previous existence and stuff but I believe it for the present. Whatever it may be either love or hate, it comes back to you from a different source. As per physics, the energy is never diminished but transferred into other forms. I think the same happens with emotions. The emotions get transferred from one person to another and in the end, it hits back to you either in a similar way or even more exaggerated form.

According to Newton's 3rd law, “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction”. In a similar way, the act that you do to others will come back to you in equal proportion. Give respect, it comes back to you. Give hatred, it comes back to you. Give love, tons of love comes back to you. It's your decision what you want in return.

My dear readers get this point straight into your mind, “what you want in life, you must and should give it in the first place”. I know situations make you do things that are not right to other people, that you have done without any intention but you can immediately resolve it by apologizing to them. The quick you regret your bad doings, the fewer chances to hit back with it in the future. The best thing you do in this world is being a human filled with love and kindness.
