Are you safe at your home in this pandemic? Watching the news channel on tv cursing the healthcare and the doctors?While people from all other sectors engineers , lawyers and others are working from home online the only people who are going out risking their lives amid covid crisis are doctors and other health care personnel . Are they not afraid of the virus?They are terrified going to the high risk containment zones and hospitals daily to fulfil their duties. Just think about the mental health of those doctors and their families who are going to the hospitals during these times. 

Last year you may have heard reports about doctors being refused to enter their societies after attending covid duties and some doctors were living in a garage or store room outside their homes because they were afraid of infecting their families!! Even after 5.5 years of hard work and sacrifice what doctors get and how are they treated by the attendants and patients in india is utter disappointment!! 

It is really heartbreaking to see Indian doctors being beaten up by rods by goons of an attendant? Is this what they studied for so that they can be beaten up by goons of some uneducated ministers . Is this the cost of being a doctor in india ? How are doctors responsible for the shortage of oxygen , medicines and beds when it is solely the responsibility of the government to take care of these things?why do you worship such a government and beat the doctors who are sacrificing their lives for you and only trying to give you the best treatment?

Are doctors not human? Or are they supposed to be robots working through hundreds of sleepless nights starving and gasping in their PPE kits to fight the stupidity of people not wearing masks and following social distancing because they are tired hearing the rant of corona!! Seriously..are you in your right mind?

Even the health workers can say that they are tired of fighting this pandemic  and are underpaid!!! May be if you were aware of the healthcare system in the US and other countries you would have treated Indian doctors with much more respect. In india the total expenditure of GDP on healthcare is 4 percent while in US it is 17 percent !! Such a huge difference!! In US for consulting a doctor an appointment has to be taken a month or two before unlike India. Maybe that's why doctors in other countries are well paid and much well treated with respect and not taken for granted .
