10 Morning Habbit For Healthy Mind.

I will discuss 10 mins rule with you and if you follow these 10 morning habits then your brain power will improve, you will not feel lazy all day, you will not indulge yourself in procrastination and you will feel healthy physically and mentally. 

Drink a glass of water

Do you know our brain is composed of 70 % water and if we drink enough water in the morning then that will energize our brain. when you sleep your body gets dehydrated due to not drinking water for 7 to 8 hrs that is why you feel frustrated, lazy, tired in the morning so you have to drink this water slowly you can also add lemon thats optional. 

Make your bed

"If you want to change the world start off by making your bed"     

it has psychological reason so that's why it is also followed in military training .so when you make your bed in the morning it gives signal to your brain that you have completed your first task and that motivate you to complete other tasks of the day. 

Listen music 

a perticular type of music affect your good mood or make it worse. so you must listen to calm, instrumental music in thr morning. you should not listen to aggressive, loud music in the morning. 

Read Something Inspiring 

if you want to be successful than you must read quotes or stories of successful people in the morning 

Deep breathing 

deep breathing has many benifits like calmess, it help you to focus, improves concentration, stress, anger, reduce anxiety 

Move your body

If you do streching for 10 minutes then it reduces your chances of bone and joints injury,good for your muscles growth reduces BP and send oxygen to brain so you should do stretching for 10 minutes in the morning. 

Take Sunlight 

we human also need sunlight like other creatures eg trees, plant. sunlight not only affect our mood but it also gives vit D and help in production of seretonin in the brain also known as happy hormone. 

Take cold shower

cold shower increases White blood cells in our body this wbc protect our body from various deseases. 

Plan your day

you must plan your day for 10 mins in the morning if you do this  you will not forget anything and complete your task set in orders. 

Reflection 

you should think about your goal about yourself for 10 minutes.
