Avial (Kerela) So I am going to start my journey with a very famous dish from the lovely state of Kerela Avail although this dish is also hugely popular in the state of Tamil Nadu this dish is an integral part of the Sadhya which is the local which is the local Indian feast the key to making this dish is to pay attention to vegetables that have contrasting colors such carrots, beans, and many other ingredients that makes this dish so special
Pitha (Odisha) The second dish in our food journey is Pitha from the state of Odisha this dish is basically is a large group of bread that is hugely popular in the countries like India and Bangladesh it prepared with wheat sometimes rice or corn flour also be used as a substitute of wheat this dish is specially reserved for the occasions such as wedding, and other family celebrations and people of Odisha love this dish
Paneer Tikka (North India) Next on our list is a dish that is not loved by just a state but the whole of north India that paneer tikka which has a special place in the heart of every north Indian piece of paneer grilled with onion, tomatoes are grilled and then grilled served with lemon juice and chaat masala
Madras Curry (Chennai) After Kerela it’s time to visit another part of south India that is Chennai where mouth-watering Madras Curry will welcome people in Chennai in a grand style it is made with ingredients like chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, and coconut milk and many other items that enhance the taste of this dish after preparation it usually garnished with chopped cilantro before served and it also enhance the beauty of this dish
Shrikhand( Maharashtra) Well as we all know Indian food is incomplete without dessert so here is sweet Shrikhand from the state of Maharashtra the combination of fruits and sugar gives this dish a creamy texture and a sweet flavor to this dish well this dish is hugely popular in the south and north India well this served differently in different parts of our country like it is served as breakfast for people of the south while it acts as a dessert in north India
