Hello friends welcome back to another blog of mine I am dedicating this blog to General Vipin Rawat who died in plain crash (16 March 1958- December 2021 he was a Indian military officer who served as a four star general of the  he also served as a Chief of Defence staff at Indian Defance staff he also accompanied by his wife Madhulika Rawat and other staff members who died in the plain crash if talk about his early life so Rawat was born in Dehradun in the state of Uttarakhand his father was born in sanj village of Gerhewal District ands rose to the rank of Lieutenant General. His mother belong to the district of Uttarkashi was a daughter Kishan Singh Parmar who ex MLA of the Uttarkashi he did his schooling from Cambarian School in Dehradun and St. Edward School in Shimla than he got graduated from the I,M,A Dehradun where he got awarded with Sword of Honour Rawat also got graduate from Dehradun service staff collage Wallington and the Higher Command Course from the United state Army staff and United states army command and general staff collage at Forth Leevanworth Kansas in 1997 for his tenure of DSSC he obtained a degree of M,Phill if we talked more about his life so he started his career in 5th batallion of Gorkha rifles along the eastern sector LAC Line of Actual Control at Kibtihu he was promoted to the rank of the brigadier as a brigadier he commanded Raashtriya Rifles in Spore  je than commanded a multinational brigade in chapter 6 mission of Democratic Republic of Congo where he got the position of force commander commendation after promotion he got the position of major General Rawat took over as the General commander officer in the 19th infantry division after promotion he got the position of General officer Commanding accept all of he also staff assignments which included at instructional manual at Dehradun in the September  he got other promotion and became General officer commanding in Chief he also work as  a chief of Army staff after a short period he assumed the post of vice chief of Army Staff he also become the third officer from Gorkha Brigade to become the chief of the Army staff so this article is my small tribute to brave soldier on his we proud our motherland to produce brave soldiers like him
