Hello friends, welcome to a new week and another weekly blog of mine once again I bring a birthday blog but this time it is from South Industry the superstar Kamal Hasan who will be 68 today.
Born on 7th November 1954 in Paramkudi Madras the (Now in Tamil Nadu) work in around 230 movies in almost every language such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi
Starting his career as a child artist in the 60s with the film Kalathur Kannama for which also won the Presidential Gold Medal but he debuted as a lead hero in 1975 with the drama movie Aproova Raangangel based on the story of a young boy who fell in love with an older lady the movie is directed by K Balachander this actor and director due work more than 40 films
It was the year 1974 when the actor won his first film fare award and the actor did 16 movies in the span of 2 years(1973-75)
It was the year 1977 when the actor debuted in the Kannada language kokkila and the star shines here too the movie was proved a blockbuster at the box office
In the decade (1970-80), he won six Filmfare Awards with this he is also a winner of three national awards
In 1981 he came into Production with Raaj Paarvai which was 1st as a producer and 100th as an actor he also won the first Filmfare award for best actor the movie also remake in Hindi with the name Sadma opposite Sridevi his Bollywood movie was Saagar also featured actors like Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia
He continues to do impressive work in movies like Gunna(1991) and Thever Magan in 1992 which was also got remade in Bollywood with the name Virasat with actors like Anil Kapoor, Pooja Batra, and Ambrish Puri
The movie Indian (Hindustani in Hindi) was the next movie in 96 was one of the trendsetters and this made the way to his 3rd national award this was also the official entry for the Oscars for India
In 2000 he work in the movie Hay Ram which was his second movie as a director and featured actors like Om Puri, Naseeruddin Shah, Atul Kulkarni, and many others comedy flick Chachi 420 was also his worth-remembering performance
Lastly, he was seen in Lokesh Kanakraj’s Vikram which did 100 crores in business at the box office
