Video games are meant to unite people, to make friends, to build communities, to enjoy, to escape reality. Video games shouldn't be a reason for wars, for people to fight with each other, for people to separate themselves from communities.

Negative Impact Of Gaming: Gaming is a fun and entertaining hobbby for many people. Playing video games is a fun and frequently social kind of entertainment for the majority of teenagers. While video games are an enjoyable past time, there is growing concern that playing games too much might lead to negative developmental effects and even evolve into an addiction. Your physical health can be affected severely if you play video games for hours each day while seated in front of your computer. When you play video games and spend most of your time in front of a screen, it might be easy to forget exercising, drink enough water, eat regularly, and take care of your overall health. Your mental health will start to suffer from poor sleep hygiene, dehydration, physical atrophy, poor focus, heart problems, obesity, and other harmful physical side effects of gaming.

Positive Impact of Gaming:  Although video games have long been criticised for triggering players' violence, there is a greater evidence that they can also have beneficial impacts. They try to verify these observations in addition to trying to understand why. despite the popular belief that playing video games can be intellectually lazy, playing them can also improve a variety of cognitive abilities, including perception, memory, reasoning, and spatial navigation. According to the authors, children who play video games can also improve their problem-solving abilities.
