Mumbai's Shraddha Walker (26) cherishes dreams with Aftab Poonawalla (28) and leaves her family in love with him. Both started living in Mehrauli, Delhi in Live Inn. But Aftab brutally murdered Shraddha. This sensational case came to light on Monday. Aftab had killed Shraddha six months back in May itself. He cut Shraddha's body into 35 pieces and kept it in the fridge for three weeks. After this, Aftab used to fill the pieces of the dead body in a bag and throw it in the forest of Mehrauli.

When the police took Aftab into custody, initially tried to trick him. Later confessed his crime. Aftab told that he hatched a conspiracy to dismember the dead body from the American TV crime serial Dexter. Actually, both of them started living in live in Mumbai itself. When Shraddha's family came to know about this, they protested. For some time both lived in Vasai and Palghar in Mumbai. Then Shraddha and Aftab suddenly left Mumbai and reached Delhi. Here both started living in Chhatarpur area of Mehrauli. Aftab had fled from his rented house in Mehrauli after Shraddha's murder. Police traced him through technical surveillance.

Is this love? Girl left home for boy of other religion, used to say- I am adult, I can take decisions

Shraddha's father Vikas says that he explained to Shraddha several times that he should not be in a live-in relationship with Aftab. But whenever the family used to explain Shraddha, she used to say that I am an adult, I will take decisions myself.

Was in contact with other girls too, refused to marry, used to burn, sprinkled deo

Police say Aftab was also in contact with some other girls. Shraddha had come to know about this. There used to be a fight between the two regarding this matter. Shraddha started feeling that Aftab might cheat her, so she started pressuring him to get married. To avoid this, Aftab killed Shraddha.

Father Vikas Madan Walker told, Shraddha was in touch with her mother Suman during her stay in Live Inn. Shraddha used to often tell her mother that Aftab used to fight and beat her. Disturbed by this, she wanted to return to Mumbai. However, Aftab apologized to Shraddha and took her away from her mother's house.

Incense sticks to remove odor

To hide Shraddha's body, Aftab had bought a new refrigerator of 300 liters. He used to light incense sticks and sprinkle deo so that the stench of the dead body did not spread. He had also taken chef's training. The weapon used to dismember the body is yet to be recovered. The accused has been taken on police remand

Conflict - Troubled by the fight, Shraddha wanted to return to Mumbai on the phone off of Shraddha for two months.

When the relatives came, they got suspicious. On September 14, a friend of Shraddha told her family members that Shraddha's phone was switched off for the last two months. He is also not active on social media. Shraddha's father got suspicious on this. Because Shraddha used to keep in touch with her brother on the phone. Father Vikas filed a missing report of Shraddha on November 8.

Even after the murder, he used to go to his job in Gurugram everyday. Accused Aftab used to work in a company in Gurugram. Even after killing Shraddha on May 18, he used to go to work everyday. He did not even bring any of his office friends to his rented house so that no one suspected of murder.
