Fear about using menstrual cup?

Don't know what is menstrual cup?

Confusion about how to use?

……..

Tooo many questions about menstrual cup and we really don't know about it…..that's why I am writing 1st blog on my experience of using menstrual cup to aware women's about its advantages.

A menstrual cup is a menstrual hygiene product which is inserted into the vagina during menstruation. Its purpose to hold flow in cup which made up of silicon material.

Cups can hold more blood than other method like pads or tampons, leading many women to use them as an eco-friendly … There are many reasons which indicate the advantages of menstrual cup so I decide to use it.

First time I am also nervous to use it but after watching some videos on YouTube and collecting information from Google and also my friends suggested to try. Then I actually use it…….very important for 1st time of use we need to sterilize it by boiling into water for 5 -10 min then insert it in vagina. There are many ways to insert but I prefer to fold ‘c’ type it's easy and convenient. At the middle of day I completely forgot about my periods and comfortable with wearing cup……no leaking it completely hygienic.keep me dry all day……all day it's just perfect option for periods

That fear of leaking or patches….itchiness are all gone…

One menstrual cup can usable for about minimum 5 years……imagine we can save lots of money spending on pads or tampons.  Just by 1 time it can reusable for 5 to maximum 10 years.

I am now comfortably do anything during my periods with confidence….so I suggest to all lady's to must try menstrual cup.

Who have any doubts about it they can visit to their doctors.

I also attach the picture of inserting method of menstrual cup with this .

The cups comes in 3 size small, medium and large. We need to select size accurate. Small size is fo girls who havin periods first time (teenagers)  , medium for married women and large for those women's who gave vaginal birth to child. The average menstrual cup holds around 20 ml…..also maximum 26 ml which is large size of cup. It hold flow more than tampons.

You can comfortably sleep by using it…..and also during pee don't need to remove cup . Many women's prefer menstrual cup for more comfort and hygiene. This is reusable so it avoid creating any waste.it help environment.
