It is made up of all-purpose flour and with oil and salt, most of the people will like to have this Parotta with good side dishes like Chicken curry, Beef fry, Mutton curry there are different types of parotta like bun parotta, veech parotta, coin parotta each and everything is different from one another.
These parottas make a day fulfilled when we eat those with hot serving curries and side dishes. they are served in different kinds in different regions of India. Big Onion-1
Tomato-1
curry leaves few
eggs -2
Chicken or Mutton gravy - 1 cup as per portion
Method of preparation:
Add oil in Tawa add chopped onion & tomatoes saute it for few mins. Add curry leaves & whisked eggs into it mix it wisely until it thickens add chopped parottas in that mix finally add the gravy as per portion and mix it until all combined with one another so that the flavor will increase and it will taste good. Add the gravy as per the taste and spiciness. This will get mixed well and parottas will observe the gravy and it turns dry and serve it hot.
This dish goes with side gravy and side dishes which increases the taste of food and makes the people feel good to eat it hot in the rainy climate. Finally, this food ends up with the main side dish with the sunny-sided egg which burst the taste in our mouth and makes us feel like heaven inside us.
