Hey guys welcome to my another blog. here i am to share that what i eat in a day for my weight lose. also i am sharing those recipe.
so i start my day with a black coffee at 6:30 am that really make me energetic. i drink coffee in the morning because i have to workout and before workout we should consume black coffee it burns fat and make you feel energetic. so for black coffee we simply need any coffee and you have to boil water and add a half spoon of coffee basically, i use Nescafe coffee.
the next meal i use to take at 9:15 am is one roti with any available vegetable. PRO TIP: when ever you eat your meal make your habit you bite your every bite for 32 seconds which will make you feel full after 1 roti only. if you are on diet.
the next meal i consume at 11:15 and in this mid breakfast i prefer coconut water or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds.
and next meal i take at 1:30 -2:00 pm at lunch i consume rice / 1 roti with any available vegetable.
next meal at 5:00 pm in evening i prefer any drink i usually drink jeera water. for jeera water ; boil a water add jeera in it and stir for five six minutes. and sieve in the cup and after sieve add lemon and black salt. it is really a good drink also tasty.
and the last meal i take 7:00- 7:30 pm that would be vegetable poha. for vegetable poha we need any available vegetables at home . saute it and add wet poha in it. and ready to eat.
this is a very easy and healthy diet for Indians basically we should consume food in every two hours because if we consume in every two hours we would not have any craving for extra food like junk or sweets. because we usually cheat in evening after 5:00 pm . and that break our diet. so try this diet this is really very simple and easy hope you will do.
