Hey kirti this side, welcome to my first blog which is about my weight lose journey, how i did my weight lose and i am gonna tell what i did.
i started my weight lose journey in this pandemic may 2020. and it was not at all expected that i will lose weight because i am a foodie person . and you know guys what i lose weight by eating everything like magie , pasta and etc.
so here, the question arrives how did i lose weight?
just by doing three steps; * drinking a lot water.
*morning walk for 30 minutes
*and doing 20 minutes workout for 5 days in a week.
and that is it for my weight lose journey. and trust me i did this for 2 months and i really saw a very good results.
i know here are some people who really want to do something but they feel lazy and many more excuses. so let me tell you by giving a example;
so in a morning when you wake up the first thing you do is brush you never deny or skip for doing brush why so? because it become your habit you never skip doing brush . so likewise, make your morning walk and workout as your habit and trust me once you started you will enjoy doing.
so all i want to say, some things takes a time. it took me 1 and half year to lose weight all we need is patience. there is only a person who can motivate you is only you. no one can motivate you better than yourself.
when you really want to do something or achieve something no body can stop you to do. more excuses you give less you achieve .
now i'll tell you my routine ,what i follow
i start my morning by drinking a warm water.
and then i go for a walk. after 30 minutes i make my breakfast in breakfast i usally consume poha, egg , oats, a light food.and for brunch i consume fruits any seasonal fruit then comes lunch in lunch i took two roti with any sabji, then after 1 hour i ready for my evening workout session .after 1 hour i consume light food like makhna, and channa
and the last meal that come is dinner in that i consume any home made sabji and rice . that is it for the day and also i have a one cheat day which is okay .
