It's not news that Indians love spicy foods no matter how much you huff, gasp or sweat, you have to get more of it.Here is our list of hottest indian dishes you will ever taste.In fact, regular consumption of spicy foods can reduce your risk of dying from cancer heart disease and diabetes.This is due to a new study of 485,000 people in China.Researchers said that those who reported eating spicy food weekly had14% lower risk of death those who ate spicy foods less than once a week.

1.Pork vindaloo                                                  Vindaloo is from Goa, India.The heavy use of vinegar and these use of traditional pork is due to the Portuguese influence on the region.There are many variations of vindaloo's receipes.Some people serve this dish by mixing potatoes with chicken or lamb.However, although the Hindi word aloo means “potato”, traditional vindaloo does not contain potatoes.In Goa, authentic Vindaloo is a dry sauce-based dish with lard, garlic, vinegar, jaggery and Kashmir chilli.The meat is well marinated so vindaloo always tastes good the next day.The longer it stored, the better it tastes like pickels.

2.Phaal curry

Phaal is an Indian curry dish originated from Indian restaurant in Birmingham, England not to be confused with charcoal-grilled  sauceless finger food hall.It is one of the hottest curries available on regular basis, even hotter than vindaloo uses a large number of standard peppers or hotter type of peppers such as scotch bonnet and habanero.Usually this dish is a rich tomato-based curry with ginger and optionally fennel seeds.

3.Laal Mass                                                       The name sounds deadly at first.In Rajasthan,where vegetarian food is predominant,the only non-vegeterian food that really stands out is larmas (lean meat).If you're not a vegetarian and want to test your taste, this bright red formula is a must-see!.A rich half gravy mutton curry stewed in a sauce made from cottage cheese and spicy spices like red pepper.The crimson color and spicy character are derived from a special chilli pepper called matania red chilli,which is drives from Jodhpur's matania.

4.Chicken chettinad                                                Chettinad cuisine is India's most spicy and flavourful dish.chettinad dishes are famous for the use of various spices, which are mainly used in the use of cooking of non-vegeterian foods.The food  is spicy and spicy with freshly ground masala and topped with boiled eggs.This is usually considered an important part of the diet.It also uses a variety of sun-dried fish,shrimp, lobster,crab, chicken and lamb
