Hello bloggers welcome to my blog hope you all are doing great and having a great day today in my blog I am going to share about atmosphere in the previous block I shared about hydrosphere so today my topic is atmosphere. Without wasting time let's get started.

Atmosphere

Structure of the atmosphere

the atmosphere is a sea of gases surrounding earth. The thickness of the atmosphere is about 1000 km. The eight around is composed of gaseous molecules when the atmosphere gets hot air pressure become low. When the atmosphere becomes cool air pressure increases from the surface of the earth gets heat energy when air become cooler it becomes denser.

Denser Air force back to the surface of the Earth due to gravity when cool air descends, air pressure increases.Low low pressure means there is more vacant space and less molecules. Air From high pressure moves to low pressure. Wind flows from high pressure to low pressure. Land hi sab faster than sea water takes more time to heat land cools faster water cools down slower the air in polar regions is highly dense the winds move slowly to the right or East in Northern hemisphere the winds  move slightly to left or west is Southern hemisphere.

Classification of winds

Winds are classified into three types planetary winds blow constantly continuously regularly about the world pressure belts planetary winds are of three types trade winds polar winds and West lies are the three types of planetary winds.

Planetary winds play a crucial role of transporting heat and moisture across the world due to seasonal winds mainly the rainfall occurs in India the local winds blow due to local variation in the temperature and pressure the local winds blow in the lower down the layer of troposphere.

The hot winds blow in the lower layer of troposphere.

Weather and climate

Weather and climate are very important concepts in geography. Humidity and precipitation: humidity is the amount of water vapour relative humidity increases with decrease of temperature or addition of water vapour relative humidity decreases with increase of temperature and decrease of water vapour. Condensation is opposite of evaporation it involves the conversion of water vapour into water precipitation in the form of frozen ice drops is called sleet.

Rainfall: on the basis of origin rainfall may be classified into three types convectional rainfall is common in law latitude orographic rainfall is also called orogenic rainfall cyclonic rainfall is associated with the passage of of cyclone or a depression the tropical cyclones are warm vortex circulation of tropical origin with a small diameter and approximately circular shape .
