Hello to all! Karthikeyan here. Here, I'll explain how modernity weakens people in general and males in particular, making them even more frail.

Although major changes brought about by modernity have had both positive and negative effects on people, it has not necessarily made people weaker. Some contend that modernity has resulted in feelings of alienation, loneliness, and disconnection by weakening conventional social structures and values. Others contend that the contemporary world has made people more resilient, adaptable, and able to handle its challenges.

I'm not saying that modernity has only negative aspects; it also has some positive ones.

Significant scientific, technological, and medical advancements brought about by modernity have increased productivity and efficiency, increased quality of life generally, and improved human health and longevity. People can now more easily connect with one another, share ideas and information, and travel to other parts of the world thanks to modern transportation and communication systems.

but, most of the people are used by the modernity,social media apps.. 

We need to look at it.

The only thing a man needs to do is want to get stronger. Because men are so strong, we want the next generation to make men even stronger. I fervently expect that there will be gym freaks on every street. We men are so strong and powerful; work out! Work out! Eat healthily! Avoid junk food. I want to see them all like that.

go to the gym or exercise at home for at least an hour each day. that increases your hormones and gives you more self-assurance, making the rest of the day more busy. So, please think about how essential masculinity is to all of you.

Now that I've explained how to maintain consistency in your exercise routine, let me share some lovely advice with you.

1.Setting definite, attainable objectives can keep you motivated and focused. Make sure your objectives are reasonable and specific to your requirements and skills.

2. Form a plan. Make a strategy for how you will accomplish your goals once you have them in mind. Make a workout schedule and try your best to adhere to it.

3. Locate a workout companion Exercise with a friend or member of your family can help you stay accountable and inspired. By challenging and supporting one another, you can improve your workout experience.

Keep track of your development and recognise your accomplishments is the final piece of advice. Observing the outcomes of your labour can inspire you to work harder.

Therefore, all of my peers, avoid using social media and modern technology more because you can't be strong if you are weak. and advance yourself in the direction of prosperity.
