Every aspect of human life is a result of his/her own thoughts and actions. Every individual thought and action has a capability of absorbing an energy which ultimately creates an aura around us. The aura around us eventually shapes the perception of others about our character as a part of society . Our ancient thinkers and philosophers have always tried to teach us to be a better person by guiding us within the framework of religious activities. Those teachings have always touched every thought and event of our human life. One of the aspect of those teachings have always been not to be disdainful against anyone irrespective of caste, creed , skin colour, nationality, gender or socio - economical background. But , with the flow of time our patriarchal society has twisted the essence of those teachings according to one's own perverted mindset and has been using it on the basis of one's own discretion. The effort to implement one's own ideas has somewhat given rise to hypocrisy in our society. Few instances of these hypocritical act are prominent, like celebrating " Women's Day". We as a society may talk about women empowerment, upliftment or equality in any social arena. But the fact remains unchanged and it opens a window of doubt about the typical mindset of our patriarchal society. Everyday when we watch the news or read newspaper , we can come across few instances of physical/emotional abuse on women, honour killing, acid attacks on them, dowry deaths/harassment, stalking or taking undue advantage of women based on their socio - economic condition. It raises a question about the upbringing of men , who think themselves to be at liberty to influence the lives of women according to their own wish and using them to satisfy their own needs. On the other hand the same society keeps expressing their gratitude towards the Divine Feminine Energy. The true essence of celebrating Women's Day can only be meaningful when as a society understand and respect the Divine Feminine Energy by collectively utilising our mind, intellect and strength to protect the dignity of women with a sense of responsibility and pure consciousness and make an atmosphere of trust and safety for them in our society. As women have the capability to shape our society in a meaningful way by guiding us towards the path of eternal love, trust, respect  and dignity with poise.
