No selfies with Buddha in Sri Lanka.

Taking selfies with Buddha is banned in Sri Lanka. Sir Lankans feel that taking a selfie is showing your back to the Buddha. It is an act of disrespecting the Buddha. They also consider pointing your fingers while taking a selfie is disrespectful. Sometimes, they also ban taking photos with statues. So, if you are having a habit of selfies wherever you go, you should be careful while you are in Sri Lanka. You may be punished for your actions.

The Danish government has banned the public from covering their faces using masks, scarves, hats, fake beards, and burkhas. This ban helps to properly identify the people in public gatherings. But, I have a doubt, about how they would have maintained the self distance and wore masks during the covid situation.
