Hi everyone,

Even though back after long time, it always feel good and give immense pleasure of getting recognized. Here also I feel the same and felt the same when I started working in school. In the last part, I told you that I asked permission  to the principal for taking a demo class for subject Economics. They called me while I was handling Primary class, I was nervous at first and started giving the intro on Micro Economics the first chapter in 11th  Commerce Group.

Even though  I was new to teach, and never attempted and thought of becoming a teacher, there was some skill inside me that made me to explain them properly and they didn't question me anything as they were impressed by my communication and clear thinking. After having a serious of discussion among them and they assigned me to the higher class to handle Economics for 11th and 12th and then Social Science for 10th.

Then, I started taking classes for them. When I entered the class for the  12th Economics. I was serious and was very active in taking class with less interaction when it comes to topic other than class. I told them numerous stories to avoid boring classes. when days passed , I started asking for the feedback and I was very curious about my teaching. I just want to know, how far they are understanding and what they felt when I entered the class on first day.

To my surprise they were very much honest up to the point, they shared everything that they thought. Their first impression of  me is that, I looked very strict by my appearance. But, I am not. I don't believe in the concept of strictness. All the students bonded with me very soon and I was again and again felt happy for deciding to work as a teach.

Days passed and finished all the syllabus , after finishing the syllabus, our goal is to make them finish studying the complete syllabus. From the Management side, they want us to make the students completely finish the syllabus, so that they can score well in the subjects. For us(staffs) , it was like we are in school studying for the public exam and in a race to come first in all the subjects.

Since, I am from different field with no teaching experience, all the staff member or from the management side were reluctant whether that I can cope up with the level of them and also many times I felt the discrimination. They were rude sometimes and underestimated me in many situations.

Further continued in next part.
