Hi Everyone,

Its been long time since I have written in Candlemonk. Happy to be back again. I hope everyone is well and good . I have been absent for nearly 10 or more months, Since been busy with personal work.I envy those who are consistent in their fields or whatever they do.Anyway, I am back again to share my experience and what happened in these months which I have gone.

Me being engineering graduate and have not worked since getting married, was suffered a lot with postpartum , family issues and striving hard to get out of those worries and wanted to breath a fresh air.After a deep thought , I had decided to give a try on teaching field. So I went to some schools and gave my resume. And they asked me to give a demo for the subject that I am willing. And I gave my demo and got selected for the primary teach since I dont have any prior experience in teaching.

It was totally very new and I felt very interested to see the kids daily and then sharing the knowledge with them. But to my surprise, I got to understand slowly the discrimination of the staffs based on the classes that they are handling. I hate to the core that being discriminated even though I am lot better in communication, knowledge etc when compared to them. And, when I gave the interview Principal of that school asked me whether I can handle 10th Social. I was very much swayed over that , that was the reason I joined immediately.

But, after I joined they haven't given me any higher classes. I was totally got disappointed , after successfully completing one month for primary, I went to Vice Principal to ask why they have not assigned me for the 10th class since , they offered me during the interview. And also know they just hesitating since I have no prior experience.

When I was discussing about the Upper primary classes to Vice Principal, I suggested them to check on the demo class again for the Upper Primary classes.

Then , I heard their was a vacancy for the 11th and 12th Economics, and 10th Social. So , I went directly to the principal and asked to give a opportunity to give a chance for taking demo class again for the Subject Economics. I took one 11th Economics Specimen copy and went home and prepared well.
