Anger become a threat to everyone who are living with you and for you also its not easy to control your anger. So lets see what we can do for this anger issue of yours.

As simple as that anger is a feeling for sure we cannot suppress it all the time but yes we can control it by doing some tactics as i will give you the tips.Though its not possible to stay happy all the time may be sometime you are in such kind of situations that you couldn't control the feeling of anger.

Always remember whenever you are angry it means you are passing that anger to someone else.Lets understand this with example.Lets suppose there is an issue at your office place and you are frustrated somewhere and you came back to your home and you started screaming on your family members.Yes its not easy for you to control your frustration but when you without any reason yelling on your family members then somewhere you are hurting yourself again. So you are passing the anger to your family member and your family member is again gonna frustrated on someone else and this chain of got anger is increased but remember whatever you are doing that ultimately gonna come to you. Unfortunately this happened with everyone but we never realized it.Why? 

We don't want to fix these little things because its not necessary this is our thinking. But no if we want a happy life then we have to fix it. By handling your anger you can save your life as well others too.

Tip1: Whenever you feel you got anger then divert your mind by doing things which you feel that will make you happy. e,g you are upset OK and you are very low and anger as well then think what is your hobby. Take  help from your hobby if you love to do painting then start doing painting immediately.Try this your stress,anger anything will gonna be gone.You will feel again refreshed.Even you will forget what happened to you before.

Tip2: whenever you are angry don't speak unnecessarily.When you are angry it means whatever you are gonna say is not good.To whom you are saying will also be affected so always try not to speak.

Tip3: Be calm and try to divert your mind by taking refreshments  by cooking,by spending time with family or just speak your heart to someone who is close to you.Because sometime its not easy to divert the mind so try to speak it out whatever is in your mind with someone who close to you.

Be clam, be patient and be successful in your life.ALL THE BEST !!
