This blog is written with a bit of research and on my personal experiences. So all suggestions are welcome !๐Ÿ’•

So many misconceptions about what is healthy and what is not. So much confusing opinions.
Let me tell you what doesn't work๐Ÿ–ค
Restrictive diets
Fixed menu diets
Cutting our entire food groups for no reason- like carbs
Demonizing food
The more you restrict
The more you try looking for the perfect diet
The more rules you add the harder it gets.๐Ÿšซ
Fat loss comes from a structured deficit which is created via healthier food choices along with purposeful systematic physical activity.๐Ÿ’ช

Wondering where to start ?๐Ÿงก
Feeling too intimidated to start. Let's start small.
These little habits even if done 80% of the time will make make an instant difference to Dropping fat and Losing weight as they will instantly reduce your calorie intake considerably.
However there are more benefits :๐ŸŒ€
Better health at all ages
Better hormones
Less acne
Better hair and skin
Yes everything starts with internal health. So here are some tips and steps you could begin with :๐Ÿ’
1. Reduce Sugary food - this means all foods with all kinds of sugar be it natural or white sugar. This also means you need to reduce the intake of hidden sugars like in juices, smoothies etc... should I write about juices ?๐Ÿฅค
2. Reduce sodium intake - this is not just reducing salt. This include hidden sodium mostly in sauces, packaged food and even ready to eat foods. Like RTA upma, soups and even ready made masala mixes.๐Ÿง‚
3. Greasy and deep fried food๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฎ - reducing the intake of refined oil and focusing more on natural fats. Remember total consumption is key. Further more there are multiple health issues associated with overly greasy food including cardio vascular diseases. For deep fried non veg there is a whole bigger issue. Perhaps I could write about it in my next blog!
4. One meal at a time ๐Ÿš- this is the most important one because we tend to think too far ahead. Thinking you have to "diet" forever. You don't.
Focus on just one meal at a time.
Remember this- Progress over perfection !๐Ÿ’š
